Audio books/.mp3 files - won't launch!
 

Hi! Help please! I'm a newbie and trying to work stuff out for myself ... but I can't work out what I'm doing wrong here!

I've downloaded a couple of Spanish audio books and when I try to launch them, the error message says:

c:\(my shared location)\[Edit]filename.mp3. The file type is not recognised

Help!

I've downloaded a few tunes so far and they seem fine. What can I do to listen & copy them for my home cd player?! Thanks in advance for your help!

What format are they ..mp3 you say.

Have you tired them in another player.

Also.. try associating the files with your player. In Windows Explorer, there is an option to 'Open With' then you can associate the file with any application that you want :)
