![]() I have a large mp3 audio book file on cd - about 11 hours - an I use it in a dvd player that can play mp3s Any ideas how to add chapter markers so I can find my way around easily? --at the moment I am using FF and RW but it's a pain and imprecise. It's like turning a cd/dvd back into a serial device like a cassette tape! |

![]() Is the book file in different parts, or is it just one big file? You could look at www.download.com to find an audio editing program to seperate each chapter into a MP3 audio track. Good luck. deepblue |

![]() yep, I've got hold of a s/w app called cool mp3 splitter which work ok. It can split the file, one humongous mp3, into multiple parts by time/size or user selectable...it would have been nice to do it automatically on the chapter "spaces" instead of having to find them manually but it'll do for now. |
