Default Burning Large Files

First, I am not very computer literate but I am trying! I would like to burn an audio book. It is 283 MB. How can I do this? Do I need to somehow split the file into sections to burn on several CD's? Could someone please tell me step by step - I would greatly appreciate any help!!

Ally
