Just like to introduce myself ,I have been into karaoke up till 5years ago so i am a little bit rusty.I used cdrwin for many years but no longer have plexor cd writer could anyone recomend a up to date software which will work with modern writers ie compaq.

There is a CDRWIN 9 version available (released early last year) that will work on Windows XP(SP2)/Vista/7 (32- and 64 bit). It is a commercial/trialware software. Might be worth checking out the trialware version to see if it works for your newer cd writer. Google it, you will find a download link to it.

But there might even be some free burner softwares out there that can do the same thing. Keep that in mind.

I have downloaded from your recomended site and yes it works fine on my compaq writer.I would like to perchase it from a shop in uk ,but from what i have found you can only download it , have you or any one else used this site ,i am sure its safe ,only 2 days left for trial .

Not that I know. It was my impression this was the developer site of the CDRWIN software. If not then I apologise. I get the impression it is a German software company that develops a few softwares.

Yes looks good to me , will get it at w/e when have more time.Now need to get some mp3+g files,had a supply 5 years ago but no longer do them.Anyway
