Changing options on Bearware

I have recently downloaded Bearware to upload some files, but i may have entered the information incorrectly as im not able to upload. I have checked all the FAQ's and there is one pertaining to this. I have followed its instructions but it simply will not let me upload fiels.

Can i change my user options once i have downloaded so i can upload files?

secondly, is it possible to search a single user, and access only those files i have downloaded on this pc from another pc, wothout having to search all everyone elses files?

Any help greatly appreciated.

When BearShare is open click the "Setup..." button to change any of the options in BearShare.

If the "Web Search" and "Web Site" are checked and you know the IP address BearShare has a webpage for each user so you can access only those files.
