Please help me! I miss my bearshare!!

Hey everyone! Can someone help me. I'm having some troubles with Bearshare 5.1.0. Whenever I try to open it, it opens and closes within seconds and then a message comes up that says that there is a Fatal Error:Unable to load library database. Reason:Generic Failure. As most of you can probably imagine, this is quite annoying and frustrating. I have tried completely uninstalling bearshare and reinstalling it but it does the same thing. I really miss my bearshare. Oh! I almost forgot! When it first started doing this I shut off my computer and restarted it and then it opened and worked. The next day it was doing it again and now nothing I do seems to fix it.
