Someone Please Help Me!!!!

I keep getting this message.

" Your client leaf node shielded by an ultrapeer. Hence you will see few or no searchs in the monitor window."

annnnnnnd im not able to download anything its driving me insane
Does anyone know how to fix this please let me know.
