Uninstall LW
 

I installed a Beta Version of LW. It was Running and working fine, for awhile. Now I have LW icons on the display, but can not find the software installed in " All Programs" or Install / Uninstall software. I can not remove what is in and can not install new software over it, because I get the message to close the existing running program ( which is actually, not running, as far as I know.) A dog chasing it's on tail. Does any one have an idea of what can be done to clear this situation. When I try to open the icon it say that the installation is not complete. but of course I can not install over the already existing situation.

Hit control-alt-delete, go to the Processes tab and kill "Limewire.exe".
Now you can proceed.
