When not actually hunting worms I set the minimum size on my searches to
one megabyte and that filters out virtually all nasties like that.

Learn how to add your searches to the Favorites. You can fine tune their
advanced filters and use them every day for as long as you want. I typically
keep anywhere from 75 to 200 searches permanently running, which helps
propel about a thousand long term downloads to a rate of twenty plus gigs a month.
