bearshare problem no picture

Im new at the forum

I have a problem with bearshare, i have installed again windows, and now i have installed bearshare again, but now when i want to look some profile, I open the profile and i cant look any pictures, or anything, all i can see is how much music has that person downloaded, not the names of the music, only number of downloads, and in the place where the picture must to be is white, but when I open the conversation i can look only one picture in the conversation, and nothing, please help

We don't know much about "Bearsharev6" other than that it is actually a counterfeit based on
what used to be iMesh. The company that does this have avoided having forums because they
don't want people to find out about it. I don't know where you can go for help other than by
sending an email to that company.
