I would like to share my past incidents happened at bangalore in peenya 1st stage.I have about 6 years of experience in industries and automation companies.I was selected as a application engineer in one small company at peenya 1st stage.During interview he briefed tat my role is tat i have to work as a application engineer in office.After interview the chief of tat company gave me the offer letter n insisted me to join on next day.Later he asked me to come with all original documents/certificates to office for verification.He took all my particulars saying tat he will be returning back soon after verification.Later he given me the offer letter for acceptance n i too signed the same mentioning 2 year bond agreement.This matter of bond agreement mentioned in letter was came to my knowledge after acknowledging the offer.Since d director of tat cmpny has not revealed any talks of bonds during interview.Also he has hidden tat i hav to work as a contrct person to client. Later he duputed me to one client as a contractor which is not at all my role n exp. profile in my career.Anyway i managed n continued d same for some days.The next day i asked the chief to return back my originals.He said tat it will be with d company n will be returnd after 2yrs.Also he refusd to give ack for receipt of certficates.So i got much fear about my particulars n went on asking him.He asked me to work for 2 years for tat client or else pay 2 lakh money for me so tat docs will b given.Later d issue went big n he started blackmailing with my docs n grabbed 1 lakh money from me just putting my sign in offer letter.He has planned Everything from d beginning n finaly he cheated me.I made a mistake tat i shuld hav lodged a police complaint to d nearest place.so i advice friends to neverever handover ur originals to any org. n take care whether u r choosing a right company first,then right job n dont get caught into such kind of cunning n criminal peoples.If you got such horrible situation dont hesitate to lodge a police complaint.Since no one hav d right to hold our docs by any means.
