The touchpad on ACER laptop AspireV3-771

Can anyone please send me stepbystep instructions how to disable the touchpad on my laptop ACER Aspire V3-771? I use Windows 8.1

Kindly give me simple straightforward steps to do as I am an oldage pensioner and certainly no computer wizard !
