Trying to install games keep getting error message

Every time I try to install a game that I have downloaded on Limewire I keep getting the message that it is an invalid application and therefore can't install it. Can someone please help me wih this? I am running windowsXP and I have a cable connection.

Use the SEARCH function button to search for Games & you may find your answer.
