A phone call makes an immediate, telling impact. All you have to do is tell the person who answers that you WANT "frivolous lawsuit" protection provisions added to the anti-spyware bill currently being considered.

FAX'es are the second-best way to contact them - again, indicate your SUPPORT for having "frivolous lawsuit" protection provisions added to the currently proposed anti-spyware bill.
