Did you all know that the Scottish legal system is all screwed up?

Basically you get charged with an offence you did not do then it goes to the Procurate Fiscals office they then read the report to see if their is enough evidence then it goes to court.

So you can have defence evidence to say that you did not do what you have been charged but it would have to go to court.

By then of course you have lost your job, life and maybe house as a result of the false accusations.

Look at the presenter John Leslie, he was found innocent but had his whole life ruined!
