contact me thru chat while I am downloading and curse me out? I don't even know this person or how they did it. That isn't very nice. How do I report them and to whom?

Even if you kept their IP adress, if they have a dynamic IP then it's no use blocking them.

As for the swearing, have you seen some of the stuff that is being shared? There are some very weird people in the world...

Funny though. I think you are the first person to not complain about the fact that nobody is answering.
