I understand about downloading a movie but what confuses me is the type I should use, what is T1 T2 etc, I have DSL connection should I always use that option

For your connection speed see: What speeds are T1/T3, etc. for LW & also More on LW connection speeds It doesn't matter what speed you downld from. Obviously some may be faster than others. BUT even though T1 & 3 might be faster ... they might have all their upld bandwidth used up or not sharing much for uplding so keep that in mind.
