When Limewire asked if I wanted to have them scan my hard drive for shared files.. I told them no because I already downloaded Limewire under a different user on the same computer. So I figured that search wouldn't have been needed. Now I don't have any files I had already been sharing... What can I do if anything? Please reply..

So you're logged into a different user account. Then so long as the files you were sharing are accessible in this account, then manually add them. See How to Share Folders (click on link)
