Download New Version Of Limewire

I CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE NEWEST VERSION OF LIMEWIRE. IT GIVES ME AN ICON ON MY DESKTOP BUT IT'S ONLY AN EXE ICON AND WHEN I CLICK ON IT, IT DOES NOTHING. HELP ME SOMEBODY!
