My wife purchesed LimeWire PRO and rercived nothing now that might be a mistake on her part but she has turned to me for help.
She made the purches with a check on the net and it went thru our bank so you got ur money I tried to get her help thru the lime wire pro site but am being told that her e-mail address is not on the data base what do I need to do to call someone about this we realy feel like we got taken for a ride and left in the dark

Can you say which website your wife got LW Pro from because there are a lot of scam sites claiming to offer LW Pro but, once they have your money, give you a link to LW Basic which is "free".

There is also another problem, people are being hi-Jacked away from the LW site and dumped into a scam site. So you need to say exactly who got your money, just don't assume LW got it because you have LW software.

By the way, this forum is run by volunteers not LW paid staff.
