could someone please tell me how to get my subscription back now that i have a new email address i went from msn to yahoo. and i can never get live help to tell them its changed and to resend my instalation that i alwready bought!!!

Please Please PLEASE don't cross post ......your other post was in the wrong forum but I have replied to it. If you are a mac user trying to contact the pro-support page with Safari, please try a different browser as there is a temorary glitch otherwise go to the other post and please answer my questions.

Hey Hobo

Saw the other "Samson" post, which makes me think that newbies believe we are mind readers, and I wonder if you are getting frustrated yet .

You're trying to help this "newbie" but his query is so vague there is absolutely no way you can get to the root of his problem.

Personally, I have given up trying to help newbies that post questions that are so vague you need some sort of crystal ball to understand their problem. Plus, it helps to keep what few hairs I have left from turning grey.

Ah .... Bob .... I have the crystal ball and I know what the problem is... I want Samson to find out for himself. He'll feel better about it then .... you'll see


Sorry to hear there are so few hairs, what with winter coming on.. go for a good quality hat is my advice .... Er what was the question again?
