When I applied for this I was led to believe I was getting WIN MX not LImewire! Also I did not want Netspy protector either. Is there any way I can get refunded for Netspy? I do not even appear to have received it anyway! I am not a Livewire Pro member but I have paid an unlimited membership fee. I now discover I cannot contact customer services unless I upgrade to pro!

Someone just a couple of days ago received what you received(Help please. I just purchased the lifetime membership & this one WinMX-LimeWire, the same?.) They went thru a winmx site i think. BTW that is not LW pro you received! It is LW Basic which is FREE from the official LW site here: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml
