License?
 

I've been reading about paying memberships (I've been had by that before), and I've tried everywhere on the LW website but I cannot find anything about License.,
When I try to download something (I've tried multiple different songs) I get a message that reads

"LW is unable to find a license for this file dowload anyway? and then it goes on to say Please note: LWcannot monitor or control the content of the gnutella network. Please respect your local copywright laws"

What does this mean???? I've used limewire before and have never gotten that message before. Is it okay to download anyway??
