How can I get a music file from my Lime Wire library to my outlook express to email????

Your actual music file is not in your Limewire Library. You need to go to Limewire preferences or options > saving >save folder, and this, hopefully will be the location of your Downloads. I say hopefully, realising that tou might have moved some files , or altered your download location.

Open a composition page in OE and There should be an option to add an attatchment and you will then be able to browse for your download folder and select the file(s) from there.

I am not familiar with Outlook express, but I imagine it works like this roughly.

Hmm. I don't use Outlook Express but I have sent mp3's through my Yahoo account before. I usually send them as attachments.

Oh yeah, I forgot about YouSendIt. You can also use www.megaupload.com as well. If the file is smaller then 250MB(I think that's it) then it's free to use. Anything higher then that you will need to register with them(there is a fee if you register).
