Download Accelerator

I have Limewire 4.9 and I also have Download Accelerator Plus. I would like to run Limewire from the DAP Program but I don't know how to put the two together. I know it can be done, but I'm kinda new at this and don't have much experience in this type endevor. Can someone help me here? ty
