Believe me it is possible. I am heavily involved in animal welfare / rescure and I have seen kittens that small. They don't tend to live lon is the problem :(

it's obviously fake...the kitten's eyes are NOT blue, hence the cat is over ~8 weeks old...and having had the experience of hand raising a certain cat of mine who weighed 5oz at 1 week of life, and presently weighs under 4 lbs as a 2 year old adult, I can assure you that said picture don't make sense..said cat of mine (who came into our house with a dislocated right hip, and who the vet wanted to put down (which I refused to do, and relocated the hip and let it heal)) nicely fit into my hand as a 5oz baby and was way bigger than above picture...

anyways, I doubt said poster will argue, as it's patently obvious...

I originally thought it was a photoshop manipulated image. The brightness of the kitten compared to the hand doesn't seem to match. But I'm not really very good at such comparisons.
