I went to my paypal account to pay but I don't have an e-mail address for the purchase. Anyone can help?

You needed an email address to join the forum. I'm not sure what your problem is.

Let me see if I can be more specific. I went to Limewire web site to upgrade to Limewire Pro for $18.88. I clicked on the link to pay for this upgrade which took me to Paypal. I logged into Paypal but I needed Limewire e-mail address so the funds would be sent.

I returned to Limewire website to see if I could find anything with payment instruction other than a link back to PayPal. All I found was the link to this forum. So I took it for granted that this site was somehow connected to Limewire.

I joined this forum specifically to find out how to pay for Limewire Pro using Paypal.

I hope this is more helpful.

"If" your payment was successful, then you'd receive an email from customer support with a link to your personal pro downld page. Check your email, particularly the junk folders just in case.

I don't mean this to be sarcastic but people just don't read. My payment WAS NOT successful because LW doesn't have a payment address. I plainly stated that in my previous reply.

This is a LW LLC problem to get sorted out not the forum's. Send a pm to mformel to ask her advice.

As stated previously, LW LLC, links questions about there site to this forum. That is the only reason I am here. And no, I do not have mformel pm link.

If you want to pay through pay pal you just click on the pay pal link where it says click here for pay-pal. You do not need LimeWire's e-mail address it automatically goes to them it is linked directly to them. You will see the field below when you click on the pay pal link.
