I would just like to know if lime wire is slow for all songs in the free mode and faster in the por mode? I'm brand new to limewire and am a little bit ignorant...better word "STUPID".

you...stupid??? free mode huh? por mode what? The thing about it is...some "enthusiasts" get down on the unconscious...but if we made it this far than at least the very basic of human function has been evolved. I wish people were more sympathetic towards others who want to partake in the most beautiful experience to grace the internet...file sharing....! When you discover the way to make downloads that much faster...announce it loud enough for the challenged to comprehend!!!

The reality is there is not a huge amount of difference between the nag and pay versions of limewire. Certainly not such the you should notice downloading a 4 or 5 meg song!


Try and download songs that have a few hosts listed, unless your on dial up even a small number of hosts on slow connections should only take a few minutes to download.
