Can I transfer to a MP3 player other than an iPod?

I was just wondering if it is possible to transfer songs to a MP3 player other than an iPod. I have a Sony Bean, but I can't seem to transfer songs to it from Limewire.

Of course you can! How does your Sony Bean work anyway? I know of someone that had quite a few problems with it. She was unable to download songs onto it until she reformatted it over 40 times.
