![]() That depends upon how long ago you purchased LW Pro. LW Pro offers 6 months only of updates & customer support. Near the end of 6 mths they offer a discount to continue with pro for a short time. At the end of 6 months your name will be removed from their database if you chose not to continue with pro support. |

![]() Thanks for the input,I never got any updates offers from them after I purchased it and never was able to get any help from techs upport ever,so I guess I will just use the free version for now. (Near the end of 6 mths they offer a discount to continue with pro for a short time. )Never received this offer from them.It has been about a year since I purchased it.But I should be able to at least redownload the Pro I paid for right even if I don't upgrade again. They only said you wouldn't get updates after 6 months or customer support, they didn't say you would not be able to use the Pro you purchased.Am I correct on that matter or not? |

![]() Hi .. I just downloaded a new pro version and had not realized my subscription had run out. On going to pay I was offerred the reduced rate of $14.50 and paid it gladly. How long this offer lasts after the expiry of your old pro I do not know. Apparently an e-mail offer is supposed to be sent out, but I never recieved one. Old Pro versions are not available from Limewire, but if you are a mac user you could PM me and I might be able to think of something. Officially, I regret that you should have kept an archived copy of your old installer in a safe place. I hope this explains the situation ![]() ![]() |
