Please Help!?--Problems Searching

I am connected, but cannot obtain any results for any searchies I do, only blank screens.......Anyone know what is going on here??

Are you fully connected? Do you see the firewall icon (brick wall in front of the blue earth)? Has this only just started happening or have you never been able to get results?

Who is your ISP?
Can you download a file from here without a problem?
