Please be careful when downloading zip files, they're often infected. Scan before opening!!
WARNING: Viruses on the network you should be aware of

For zip files I use Winzip (I think Winrar does the same job but I haven't used it), just use the wizard & it's a one click procedure to unzip!

Remember to beware & ignore files less than 2 MB (2,000 KB) as most are viruses or spam rubbish or spam viruses.

I would also recommend more people use bit collider to report files. It's a community effort after all & helps all of us.
