av not active/sound muted
 

hi again im using etrust antivirus, just wanna ask why theres an x status(not active) in it and my volume control had muted every hour w/out knowing.. this problem start wen i downloaded LW. my ms outlook pop up everytime i type..this is quite annoying. pls help.. ty in advance
