I see that you can search and download video things. When you download one is it a whole movie or are they all just previews of a movie? How do you tell if it is a whole movie? What does the .mov and othe things like that on the right side mean when searching?

Generally you will know if the movie is full length by the size of the file...
You can also preveiw your downloads, but wait until they have at least 10% done..
The codes at the side are the formats that the movie is in...;)

Beware of .mov files if they are less than 100 MB as they are probably porn spam. See more tips here Movie download issues
