Limewire and firewall help

I have been using limewire for a few years and never had a problem

but there is a firewall blocking my access and I can't get rid of it I have
uninstalled and reinstalled but that has done nothing

my internet provider worked on it and said it was fine but it is still not connecting
They also downloaded shareaza but that is a wasted of time as it takes over 1/2 hour to connected and to long for songs to download
my connection is wireless / I have had wireless for over a month and didn't have a problem untill last week with limewire.
I don't now much about computers so any help would be great
step by step instruction lol

What is the name of the firewall program that is blocking limewire

not sure of the name but it is working now just slow
