The best option would be making an image of your harddisk and giving it to an expert who can figure out whether your computer is infected with a worm, virus or trojan horse. If that's the case there might be some evidence left that could lead to the culprit. Unfortunately, in this sick world, the police might confiscate your complete computer and possibly even do a house search. If there's really such illegal material on your computer, it's you who might end up in jail whether you're guilty or not. Even if you don't, you neighbours might beat you to a pulp or even murder you once they hear about this case.

Although our forum member Hyper-kun views are extreme but in essence he is quite correct, you are more likely to be arrested than the person that has put this rubbish on your machine.

If you are the only person using your PC then someone has planted a Trojan on your machine and is putting this perverted garbage on your PC via an open port whenever you are online.

Which means that you have not bothered to protect your PC with the basic minimum, i.e. a firewall and an anti-virus application.

I would suggest that you remove your hard disk and burn it, simply because taking this machine to a workshop is probably not a good idea, then install a new HD, reinstall on your software (only the ones you have on CD or DVD) and, before you venture back onto the internet, install the basic minimum protection.

The program (Limewire/Frostwire/Gnutella clients in general) is not...repeat...IS NOT...selecting the files for you to download. You are selecting the files to download, or you have some sort of virus/spyware-type program which is connecting to websites which are pushing this content to you.

Run some anti-spyware and virus cleaning utilities (mebbe go search the forums here for some suggestions, or try versiontracker.com), stop trying to download movies from the internet (copy them from friend's DVDs if you must), and be careful before you hit the "download" button.
