Default Help! Can't transfer to playlist!

I've had limewire for a long time, but just recently, anytime I click on a song to launch it or even preview it, my media player pops up. And I can't put any songs into the playlist thing because when i highlight a song, it doesn't come up it stays there.

I'm assuming you are referring to putting a playlist into your media player, so that would be handled via the media players internal commands...like with windows media player first you have to add the music to its library by File>add to library>add file, playlist

then once the file is in the library of wmp you can hit the tab that says library, right click on files and choose to add to now playing list

once you have created a list of songs you like in a particular order, you can then right click on the Now Playing List on the upper right and choose save list as...

No I know how to do that. I'm talking about in limewire. I used to be able to highlight the song then hit Enque or whatever it's called and it would drop them down into the playlist. But now whenever I highlight the song, I'm unable to click that button. And if I click Launch my media player pops up and thats not what I want to do.

That's because LW's media player needs to be active to use the playlist function. Go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Player & tick the option & press apply.
