Simple question.....maybe?

As I have no patience for sorting through the boards,Can someone tell me why a person from the same IP,would try to DL the same file numerous times?

Also, is this something to be concerned about?

I have no patience for sorting through this question. Sorry! :D

Perhaps they paused or cancelled the download. Perhaps they had difficulty connecting. Perhaps they had other downloads that had higher priority.
