![]() My mom is running Windows XP on a dial up, she got a 2 gen. shuffle and itunes won't transfer music to my ipod. I know it's not the shuffle b/c it works on my pc at work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled itunes 4 times, along with using different USB ports and tried to restore the shuffle to it's orignial defaults. I beleive the problem to be somewhere in the pc, it's the only pc my mom has access to and need it to work. The rest of itunes works, it's just the actual transfering of the music files that it won't do. Does anyone have any suggestions. BTW I have talked to Apple 4 times and all I got was the error codes (50 and 1418) mean reinstall itunes (which doesn't help) and since it's not a apple pc they won't do anything else....though they did send her a new shuffle just in case but it does the same thing. |
