using iTunes on a PC, unable to burn CD I have an Acer Aspire 3000, running windows xp. I was able to download the current iTunes software and purchase 11 songs. But, when I attempt to burn to CD i quickly get an error message that says, "The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error has occured (-50)." I have also attempted to troubleshoot from the support page with no luck. Any help would be most welcome Johnny O |
I don't think you are allowed to burn purchased music. I'm not sure because I've never purchased music online. It has to do with DRM I believe. |
Read this... http://www.eff.org/IP/DRM/guide/ and on a more humorous note... http://george.hotelling.net/90percen...mpractical.php Good Luck :) Dano |
hmmmm...then they're flat out lying There is a burn to CD feature in the program. You are supposed to be able to make 7 CD burns per purchased aac file. I have a low resolution solution to the problem, but I feel cheated. I won't be using the program to purchase songs again. |
Since when do you use LimeWire to purchase songs? You use your browser for that. lmao So are you going to stop using your browser. |
Here's a very recent article concerning a bill that would make crippled DRM usage illegal... http://blog.washingtonpost.com/postt..._introduc.html :xirokrotima: |
