PLEEEEEEZE Looking for "[edit]" Game !!!

Hey everybody. I have been searching for an old program, a simple card game called [edit]. I cannot find a download anywhere. I have an old floppy, but the darn thing won't format or read.

Please, if anybody has any idea where to locate a copy, or would be kind enough to e-mail me an attachment of it, it would be very appreciated. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me out.
