hello to all (upgraded, lost Pro)

I have had limeWire Pro for over a year and did the latest upgrade.Now I do not have pro and the website says it can not recognize my e-mail address.Has this happened to anyone else, and how do I get back Pro?I already paid the so called one time fee.Confused!:confused:

the subscription is only for 6 months after that thay delete your email from there database the one time fee means you get free upgrades for 6 months after that your best not upgrading or you have to pay again.
