hi,can someone please help? im having trouble dragging music videos to my itunes?ive done it in the past and its worked but cant do it now 4 some reason?i know the files have to be mpeg 4 but they wont work?when i drag them to itunes the little plus box appears with the arrow but as soon as its let go nothing happens!! driving me mad ive even tried downloading the video converter just and thats converting the mp3 videos to the correct format but still wont drop them into my video library?

You'll have to find your saved folder first...in LW's library highlight a file & click Explore. Your saved folder will open. Now add files from here into your iTunes library. There's a lot more info in this thread.

thanks remoc ive just tried opening the file thru itunes "add file" but it wont receive the video file 4 some reason?ive got about 10 music videos already in the itunes library which i dragged n dropped a while ago so i dont no if there's something set to stop the files doing that now?the files im downloading are mp4 type and when i hold the arrow on the symbol it says "nokia multimedia file"?is this the right file im downloading?

I am still having trouble getting music video files into my itunes OR opening videos in itunes! I know the files i need are mpeg4 format BUT they are coming up as either nokia multimedia files or windows media player files when listed in the search engine of limewire. When i download the file and then go to open it..it won't let me drag the file into my itunes movies AND it won't let me convert the files into the correct format now either. In the past i have just dragged downloaded files from limewire into itunes and they have worked with no problems...Do i need to set/change something for this to enable them to work?? PLEASE HELP!! Getting very frustrated now!
