What does it mean when I go to down load a song and it says need more sources? Is there anything I can do to change that. What I have been doing is just moving on to the next

Usually it simply means that you need to find other people sharing the same file.
In some 'clients' you can click on an option that says, "Find More Resources" or something like that.
It also may be a good idea to do another, fresh, search for the same name...

Remember, just because you get a search return does not mean that the person(s) is/are still online...
