Limewire Pro (not getting it)

I signed up and paid for Limewire Pro a couple of months ago and I still log on and get the same Limewire I've always gotten. No faster...nothing extra. When I try and inquire, it wants to sell me Pro again. What do I need to do?

Did you bookmark your personal pro download page? Have you been to the support page & logged in?

Check the original email they sent you. Also check your invoice. See Upgrading to V 4.18
