Thanks for the reply.
My LW is listing WMA and MP3 files which is the bulk of my music database so this can't be causing the difference.
Everytime I start up LW it automatically loads any new files from my database. As a check I reloaded my entire database to Shared and then added this to my LW files. Still the same difference between the two.
I've started going through the two libraries file by file to find the missing ones. I'll post the results here.
