Security update for VLC Media Player

You might be interested to learn that VideoLAN has release an updated version of our favourite media player, VLC.

As well as some minor upgrades and function fixes there is also a minor security upgrade.

Updated, now what? Does VLC replay the update. lol :D
The improvements probably don't help me but, always good to have most up to date codecs, etc. I have mixed thoughts about the new VLC website look, mostly good. I guess just a matter of getting used to finding things.

LOTR

Any security update that plugs those holes in our PC systems has got to be a good thing.

But, I guess, coz' your a MAC man things like hacking, viruses and other assorted internet evils don't bother you.

I say this with a bit of envy :winklaugh: you're lucky.

There are a few malwares making the rounds of the mac world, though most evil-doers are more attracted to the much larger pool of Windows users (and they probably think mac users are already troubled enough).
