duplicate file remover

Hello everyone i'm trying to clean up my pc but i also have a lot of duplicate files and music. Does anyone know of a good software to buy to get the job done? thanks... I have window 7

I have cleaned op my files using freeware programs. I just can't remember which ones (I remember using two). I would much rather start here than use money on something you most likely only use once: duplicate file finder freeware - Google Search

ok thanks going to try it... most do like 20 then u have to buy it.. i got mostly music file that need sorting...

Freeware will not do that. They rely solely on donations from happy users.

What you are thinking of is Shareware, which like you say will do only a few or only work for a short while.

Another name for that kind of shareware is Trialware.
