Default Bats, Freezing Hell, Storms - Global Warming?

Hi Birdy & LOTR

Guys, it's so hot in Australia that your bats are dropping dead from the heat:

BBC News - Australia extreme heat kills thousand of bats

While in the US & Canada is freezing:

BBC News - US weather: Travelling the frozen road to Hell

And in the UK we are having floods & storms:

BBC News - Muchelney on Somerset Levels still cut off by floods

BBC News - UK Storms: Flood warnings after damaging tides and rain

Could this be the start of global warming?

UK Bob

I forgot I left the kettle heating on the stove, definitely a case of kitchen warming lol. The kettle only just survived luckily.
I'm getting close to my annual holiday, overdue I think. Lack of sleep seems to shrink my brain little by little, not to mention other unhealthy effects

Hi UK Bob,

LOTR might be melting, as he's getting the hot weather that we had on the weekend.

I feel sorry for all playing in the Australian Open

Hope the weather is a little less awful in the UK now.

Hi Birdy

Yes, the weather has got a little bit better in the UK but it's due to turn awful again.

As for the boys & girls in the Australian Open, doing excessive activity at 40 - 50 degrees centigrade is more than the human body can endure.

Default A cold day in Hell

Hell, Michigan:
19F today, dropping to 2 tonight (-9 with wind chill), back up to 10 tomorrow.

Meanwhile, it's a typical summer day in San Francisco.
