![]() OK, I have been trying to get Limewire through our firewall for some time now. I have checked every resource and I have to admit defeat. We have a Comcast SMC3CG router. Does anyone know how (or even if you can) configure UPnP on this router or any way of configuring it to allow Limewire through? Thanks! |

![]() As much as I could find for what is probably a similar model (same brand) is: http://10.0.0.1 default userid is "admin" and the default password is "password" Advanced -> Device Discovery -> Enable UPnP If the username is wrong, try comcast instead of admin. I have a suspicion you made an error with the model number. Failing this, there is no doubt some kind of port forwarding option. http://portforward.com/english/route...outerindex.htm. The model which might be similar to yours would probably be this one however it seems they no longer give instructions for the LW program also. But that can be found here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/tips-t...tml#post120010 |

![]() I got about halfway with it and ran into a wall where I need some login info. I have to contact the guy who set it up for us. I got real busy since then and haven't had time to contact him. As soon as I do, and get this moving, I will post my progress. Thanks very much for checking. |
